We work to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Questions about shipping, deliveries, transportation, and tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
At ION fitness we seek complete satisfaction for our clients and therefore we keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Delivery is €19.99 for orders up to €999.99 and €29.99 for orders of €1,000 or more.
Which areas do you ship to?
We ship throughout the Republic of Ireland. Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the UK.
How can I find out where my order is?
Once the authorized dealer in your area processes the shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking link, the number of packages, and your invoice.
Which shipping company will deliver my order?
At ION fitness, we work exclusively with top-tier shipping carriers such as DPD, TNT, and Dachser to ensure high-quality service. The carrier is automatically selected when your order is processed to ensure it is assigned to the fastest available option. We will notify you of the carrier via email as soon as we have processed your order in our system.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Don't worry. The carrier will attempt delivery, and if you're not available, you can contact the agency to arrange a new appointment. Additionally, with agencies like Seur, Correos Express, or DHL, you can request that your order be left at a nearby pickup point.
What do I have to do when receiving an order?
It is very important that, before signing the delivery note, you check two things:
- The condition of the packaging: If you see any external damage, sign indicating “damaged goods”.
- The number of packages: If you are missing packages according to what the delivery note indicates, write “missing package”.
Note: You have a period of 7 calendar days to inform us of any such issue
Does the shipping include carrying it upstairs?
Bulky products and/or those over 30kg are delivered to the street level.
Can I arrange the delivery with the carrier?
For bulky products, the carrier will call you to arrange delivery.
For small products, if no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note or send you an email to arrange a new delivery date. If the delivery period has passed and the carrier has not contacted you, please inform us so we can check for any issues.
If the order is refused or not received, the shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be the same as the cost of a return.
When will I receive my order?
The detailed delivery time is shown on each product's page. If your order includes multiple items, we will make a single shipment to reduce our carbon footprint. In that case, the delivery time will be that of the product with the longest shipping time.
Return and refund
We offer you a simple, transparent returns and refunds process designed to give you peace of mind with every order. Conditions for returning or exchanging a product.
What happens if I received a product that is not the one I ordered?
If you accidentally receive an item that does not match your order, don’t worry: ION fitness takes care of everything. We will handle the pickup of the wrong product and the delivery of the correct one at no extra cost to you.
Which products cannot be returned?
There are some exceptions for hygiene, safety, or product type. Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that expire quickly or deteriorate.
- Sealed items that have been opened (for health and hygiene reasons).
- Services that have already been fully performed (such as assembly).
- Subscriptions or software once the usage code has been provided to you.
How much time do I have to return a product?
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to decide whether you want to keep it or exercise your right of withdrawal. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.
How can I manage my return?
To make the process as convenient as possible for you, we offer two options:
- Pickup with our transportation: We send our carriers to your home.
- Shipping on your own: You can send it through the courier service of your choice to our warehouse.
What is the cost of the pickup if you handle it?
If you prefer us to handle the pickup, the fixed costs that will be deducted from your refund are:
- For products up to 5 kg, the transport costs are €20.
- For products between 5 and 50 kg, the transport costs are €50.
- For products over 50 kg, the transport costs will depend on the weight of the product.
In what condition should I return the product?
Products must be returned in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. They must be new, unused, and complete. Remember that you would only be responsible if the product loses value due to improper handling while you were inspecting it.
When and how will I receive my money?
We will refund the full amount (including the initial shipping costs, if any) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment you inform us of your decision.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
- If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number to make the deposit.
- Note: We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have already sent it.

How do I place an order on the website?
Select the product, add it to the cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process to complete the payment.
We will ask you for a few details to identify you and send your order without any issues. We will also need you to choose a payment method.
What information do I need to provide to place my order?
During the purchase process, we will ask you for:
- First and last name
- An email address
- A delivery address, including postal code, province, and country. We will also ask for a phone number associated with this address in case the carrier needs to contact you during delivery. This phone number will not be used for any commercial communication.
Depending on the payment method you choose, we may ask for additional information.

Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?
If the order has not yet entered preparation, it is possible to request a modification or cancellation by contacting customer service as soon as possible.
If this applies to you, contact us as soon as possible.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
How do I know if a product is right for me?
We recommend reviewing the description, technical specifications, and recommended uses. If you have any questions, our team can assist you.

Do the products arrive assembled?
Most products are delivered disassembled and prepared to facilitate transportation.
What do I need to assemble the product?
Each product includes assembly instructions and the necessary components. We recommend checking the space and measurements before installation.
Do you offer assembly service?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer installation services.
Is it difficult to assemble the machines?
All our products that require any type of assembly come with an instruction manual so you can assemble them yourself.
Some products are simpler, while others are more complex. For some products, it is recommended that two or more people assemble them.
Remember that some products may lose their partial or full warranty if they are not assembled properly.
