Shipping policy
What are ION fitness´s shipping costs?
We charge a delivery fee of €19.99 for orders up to €999.99 and €29.99 for orders over €1,000.
At ION fitness we seek complete satisfaction for our clients and therefore we keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
Delivery is €19.99 for orders up to €999.99 and €29.99 for orders of €1,000 or more. The shopping basket automatically updates the delivery costs. We also take great care over the delivery and do everything possible to ensure that the delivery times are respected. For this reason we work with transport leaders such as TNT, DHL, DACHSER, DPD or UPS.
Our deliveries include curbside delivery, that is, at the door of your building or right to your driveway. It's entirely possible that your order may be delivered on a large delivery truck, so please do let us know if there are likely to be any access problems, and we can inform the courier that a lighter vehicle is required. The carrier is not responsible for uploading the order to your home but if you want it to, you can contact us to hire a delivery service at an extra cost, although on occasions, depending on the area where you live, this service may not be available.
Delivery Time
We are committed to strictly adhering to the delivery times specified for each item. Please note that external logistical factors, such as scheduling installations or deliveries to addresses in areas with special shipping requirements, may affect the delivery date.
We are strongly committed to the environment, which is why we ship each order in a single shipment to minimize the impact of transportation emissions. For orders containing multiple items, the overall delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest shipping time.
What's included in standard shipping
- Bulky items, such as cardio machines and multi-gyms, are shipped disassembled in their original packaging. Delivery is made to the street level, that is, to the entrance of your building.
- Small items are shipped via courier and delivered to your floor.
Where do we ship to?
We ship throughout the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the UK.
Track Your Shipment
Once you’ve placed your order on the ION Fitness website, it will be processed and shipped by the brand’s authorized distributor in your area.
That distributor will assign a carrier to deliver your order and send you a tracking link so you can track it.
In any case, you can always contact us to find out more about the status of your order.
Delivery
Once the shipping carrier responsible for delivering your order has been assigned, you will receive an email containing all the details of your order: number of packages, the carrier responsible for delivering your order, a tracking link, and an attached invoice.
The carrier will come to your home to deliver the package. If you are not home, you can call them to schedule a new delivery time. With some carriers, such as Seur, Correos Express, or DHL, you can also request delivery to a pickup location.
When the carrier delivers your goods, before signing the delivery receipt, you should check both the condition of the packaging and the number of packages:
- Make sure the merchandise is unopened and in good condition when you accept it. If there is any external damage, the recipient must note this on the delivery slip: "damaged merchandise"
- Check to see if the number of packages matches the number listed on the delivery slip. If the number of packages does not match, note this on the delivery slip before signing, indicating "package missing".
Note: Complaints must be filed within 7 calendar days of delivery. Otherwise, ION Fitness cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of packages.
