1. Classification of Usage Environments

To determine which warranty applies to your purchase, we distinguish three clearly different scenarios:

  • Home Use: Facilities inside a private residence intended exclusively for personal and family use.
  • Semi-professional Use (Private Collective): Environments where the equipment is shared by a limited group of users but is not the core of a fitness business. Includes:Neighborhood communities and housing developments.Gyms in hotels and lodging centers.Rehabilitation centers and physiotherapy clinics.Personal training studios (individual sessions or small groups).Facilities in security forces, fire stations, or military centers.
  • Professional Use (Public Commercial): Centers whose main activity is physical training and have a high turnover of users unknown to each other. Includes:Commercial gyms and sports clubs open to the public.High-traffic fitness centers.

2. Warranty Application Criteria

The applicable warranty is strictly governed by the physical location of the product:

  • Determination by Environment: If a product is installed in a collective or commercial environment, the corresponding Semi-professional or Professional warranty conditions will automatically apply. Coverages designed for the domestic environment are not transferable or applicable in these scenarios, regardless of whether the daily usage volume is low or the installation is small.
  • Legal and Technical Suitability: The customer must ensure that the contracted warranty matches the actual use of the equipment. Commercial use under a domestic warranty would void the technical coverage in case of any issue, as the support must be sized for the demands of the professional environment.
