ION fitness has designed an innovative machine completely different from the rest of the chest press machines on the market and it is perfect for your upper body strength training. This chest and shoulder press features a versatile bench that creates an open training space, and can also move forward and backward to perfectly align your body with the arm press for more exercises.

Removable multiposition bench

The multiposition bench can be removed from the machine so you can do standing exercises or train more comfortably when you don’t need it. You can use it with free weights and perform a wide variety of exercises thanks to its multiposition design. The backrest is adjustable in 8 positions. You can move it forward and backward to align perfectly.

Removable rotating bar
It can be placed to simulate barbell weightlifting or removed to simulate dumbbell work.

Load capacity
Use plates on the front or rear posts to increase resistance. The front post supports a maximum weight of 240kg and the rear post supports up to 200kg.

Compatible plates
Allows the use of 50 mm Olympic plates (not included).

Storage posts
Designed with two storage posts for Olympic plates.

Comfort and convenience
The bar includes foam padding to provide greater comfort during squats.

Safety
The design has been tested to safely support high weight loads during training.

In any of these settings, defects resulting from misuse or poor maintenance are excluded from the warranty, such as:

• Corrosion from sweat
• Improper placement in the home (outdoors, near windows, etc.)
• Breakage from impacts/falls due to improper use.
