ION fitness MB1000 FID Adjustable Bench

The FID ION fitness MB1000 Multi-Position Bench is a multi-position bench designed for strength training with dumbbells, a barbell, and free-weight exercises.
 
Its backrest offers 12 adjustment positions from -12° to 80°, allowing you to train in decline, flat, and incline configurations. The 3 seat positions complement this adjustment to provide suitable support at different training angles.

Its main distinguishing feature is the front accessory connector, which allows the bench to be expanded with pulley, leg extension and curl, or lateral fly modules. This means a single station can adapt to different training needs while taking up little space.

The steel frame, with profiles of up to 70 × 50 × 2 mm, provides a solid, stable base, while the adjustable levelers, integrated handle, and wheels make installation and movement around the room easier.

Thanks to its combination of adjustability, sturdiness, and modularity, it is especially suitable for high-performance home gyms, hotels, companies, residential communities, clubs, and personal training studios.
